Le Bui

After completing his film degree in Texas and working as a commercial video editor in New York City for a year, Le found his true calling in documentary filmmaking. Returning to Vietnam in late 2018 after five years abroad, he rediscovered the immense cinematic beauty in the everyday Vietnamese life, which he had unfortunately overlooked during his entire childhood.This premise led Le to make his directorial debut with the short documentary Saigon Still Stories in 2020. The film follows a Belgian photographer to experience Saigon through his eyes. The Feast is Le’s second short film and Uncovered is his biggest project to date.

Since starting his film journey in 2019 as a production assistant, Viet has been dedicated to creating cinematic art from the simplest things in life. As a producer, he has worked on diverse projects including films, commercials, and music videos. His most notable works include:
• Unfulfilled Dreams | A short documentary about Last Fire Crew, one of the most popular hip-hop dance groups in Vietnam
• Love | A short drama film
• Last Performance | A music video by rapper Coldzy with nearly 1 million views on YouTube
• Star Picking | A music video featuring Thang, one of the most popular Vietnamese indie artists

Vu Quang Tuan

Tuan started his cinematic journey by making music videos for Vietnamese artists in 2017 and has now become an official talent under Spring Auteurs, a Vietnam-based film company nurturing film talents. As a D.O.P, his most notable works include:
• Mom I Broke Up With A Girl | A LGBTQ+ short film officially selected in national and international festivals
• The Last Dinner | A short horror film
• WeChoice Awards: Designer Duy Dao | A short documentary about the first Grammy-nominated Vietnamese designer
• The Answer | A music video by the highly praised indie band Quyech

Scott Green
Executive Producer
With a passion for street photography and a curious mind, Scott spent his early adulthood exploring Asia as a solo traveler. In 2011, he arrived in Vietnam and has lived in Ho Chi Minh City ever since. Inspired by the vegan movement in the UK, his home country, Scott founded Vive in 2018, which has since become the largest vegan advocacy organization in Vietnam.His keen understanding of using effective media to make an impact contributes greatly to Vive’s success. Scott strives to inspire a more humane and sustainable lifestyle in the Vietnamese community. Uncovered is his most ambitious and passionate project to date in realizing that mission.
